Personal data we process

Through this website we process only the data you send us yourself:

• Identity and contact data: name, email address, telephone number and the name of the organisation you work for.
• Request content: the fleet size, student numbers and free-text notes you enter in the demo form.
• Transaction security data: the IP address and timestamp of the submission.

We use no advertising or behavioural analytics cookies. Fonts and all static assets are served from our own servers, so no request is made to a third party.

Purposes of processing

• Responding to your demo and information requests.
• Conducting pre-contractual discussions and preparing proposals.
• Retaining request records to meet legal obligations.
• Keeping the site secure and preventing abuse.

Legal basis

Your data is processed on the bases set out in KVKK art. 5/2-(c), “directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract”, and art. 5/2-(f), “legitimate interests”. In any other case, your explicit consent is obtained.

Transfers

Your personal data is shared with our hosting provider only to the extent required to deliver the service. Our servers are located in Türkiye and your data is not transferred abroad. Disclosure may be made to legally authorised public authorities upon request, within the framework of applicable legislation.

Retention

Demo requests are retained for at most 24 months after the request is concluded, and deleted at the end of that period. Where a contract is concluded, the relevant data is retained for the duration of the relationship and applicable statutory limitation periods.

For flight schools using the product

For the student and staff data of flight schools using the software, the school is the data controller and we act as a data processor within the meaning of KVKK art. 3. The terms of that relationship are set out in the data processing annex to the service agreement.

Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it is, to learn the purpose of processing, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request erasure or destruction, to request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred, to object to a result arising against you from analysis solely by automated systems, and to claim compensation for damage suffered.
