What we collect

On this site we collect only what you submit through the demo request form: name, organisation, email, telephone, fleet and student numbers, and your message. We also record the IP address a request comes from, to prevent abuse.

What we do not collect

• We use no advertising or behavioural analytics cookies.
• We run no third-party analytics services, including Google Analytics.
• Fonts, scripts and images are served from our own servers; your browser makes no request to an external domain.
• There are no social media tracking pixels.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies only: session continuity and the cross-site request forgery (CSRF) token used on form submissions. These do not build a personal profile and are not used for marketing.

Who we share it with

Nobody except our hosting provider, and only as required to deliver the service. We do not sell, rent or transfer your data to third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Demo requests are kept for at most 24 months. If you would like yours deleted sooner, just write to us.

Security

All traffic is encrypted with TLS. The admin panel is password protected and closed to search engines. Database backups are stored encrypted.

Deletion requests

Write to info@atoplan.com to have your data deleted. Requests are concluded within 30 days at the latest.
