Flight report

Pull a flight list filtered by date range, aircraft, instructor, student and status. Planned and actual durations sit side by side, with totals underneath.

The main panel shows today’s strip, pending actions, the change over the last seven days, and a 30-day flight trend with fleet utilisation. Students and instructors who have not flown for a long time have their own list.

FAQ

Does the Excel export keep my on-screen filters?
Yes. The export runs with the filters selected on screen; for a different range you change the filters and export again.

Can we have our own report added?
Yes. Custom report requests are handled as part of the setup, and because the data model is open a new view usually takes very little time.

Flight planning and daily operations

The planning screen is more than a calendar. It knows where each student left off, which aircraft is cleared for the exercise and who is actually free at that hour.
